Emily joined EPIC in September 2024, bringing extensive experience in workforce development and community engagement. Prior to joining EPIC, she served as a Community Workforce Coordinator with Community and Economic Development Associates (CEDA), where she built and strengthened partnerships between local businesses and school districts to increase student exposure to career pathways and employment opportunities. In this role, she coordinated large-scale career exploration events and developed meaningful connections that helped students better understand local workforce needs and opportunities.

Since joining EPIC, Emily has played a key role in expanding the initiative’s reach and impact across the region. She has worked to grow partnerships with school districts, employers, and industry leaders, while strengthening long-standing collaborations. Emily has helped broaden career exploration programming by introducing new engagement opportunities for students, increasing employer participation, and enhancing the overall structure and delivery of EPIC experiences. Her efforts focus on creating sustainable systems that connect education and industry, ensuring students have access to hands-on learning experiences aligned with regional workforce needs.
