Andrew Pflipsen, Ed.D., serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs at St. Cloud Technical & Community College (SCTCC). In this role, Andrew works with campus and community partners to ensure student access and enhance student success for all learners at SCTCC and is responsible for the areas of admissions, recruitment and outreach, marketing and communications, enrollment services, academic advising and career services, K-12 Initiatives, TRIO, academic and student support services, Title IX, international students, campus life, and Cyclone athletics.
